The Build
Transforming Your Backyard Into Paradise
Permit
One to three weeks, longer if you have an HOA.
Dig
The excavator opens the yard, usually in a morning.
Bedding
We lay and level the base that receives the shell.
Shell Drop
A crane sets your pool in the ground. This is the day people take pictures.
Backfill
We fill in around the shell a foot at a time while the water inside rises to match, so the shell is supported evenly and stays dead level.
Electric
Best in class pumps, equipment, and lighting go in.
Pavers
The beautiful pavers you choose goes down around the finished pool.
Screen Enclosure
We ensure your pool has the perfect place to hang out with friends after a hard day.
Mike knows what each inspector needs to see, so county visits go quick and the build keeps moving. They check every stage, and at the end they sign off like they would on a house: an official notice that the pool is cleared to use.

Startup, Pool School, and a Month of Service
For your first month, you swim while we keep the pool clean, and by the time we hand it over, you will know how to run every part of it.
1. Startup
Your pool's first day is handled by a pro. Once the water is in, a pool tech balances the chemistry and dials in your equipment, so it starts its life running the way it should.
2. Pool School
A hands-on lesson at your own equipment pad. You learn how to run the system, where the water level sits, what healthy water looks like, and exactly what to do when it looks off.
3. A Month of Service
Your first month of pool cleaning is included. You swim while a professional keeps the water perfect, and you watch the routine done right before it becomes yours.
